Professor LIU has long been dedicated to cultivating outstanding talent in electronic engineering. Since 2014, he has led eight sessions of the Elite Education Practice Program in Communication Engineering, exploring innovative methods for nurturing exceptional undergraduates. Since 2007, he has designed and implemented the Top 100 ICT Engineers Training Program, a 15-year initiative focused on developing outstanding graduate students with remarkable achievements. Under his guidance, students have excelled in prestigious national competitions, including:
25 National First Prizes in the National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest and the China Graduate Electronic Design Contest.
1 National First Prize in the Challenge Cup National Undergraduate Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition.
1 National Silver Award in the Internet+ Competition National Finals.
