Q: How do I configure my phone to access my school email?

A: To understand the settings, please follow the instructions in the IT Information section.


Q: What is the capacity of the mailbox?

A: 500MB.


Q: Why can't I receive or send emails anymore?

A: The possible reason is that the mailbox is full, please try to delete the emails first and log in the web mailbox and enter Deleted Emails to free up the space.


Q: How to access web mailbox?

A: The mailbox URL is https://mail.sbc.usst.edu.cn/.

 

Q: How to change SBC account password?

A: You can change the password by visiting web mailbox and in the settings.


Q: Do I want to change the photo on my campus card?

A: Please contact the Academic Affairs Department first, and the Academic Affairs Department will send an email notification and a new photo to the Campus Card Service Center before you can change it.


Q: How can I reset my SBC account password if I forgot it?

A: Bring your campus card (or ID card) to the IT office to reset it. If you can't go to IT office, you can use any email account to send an email to it-helpline@sbc.usst.edu.cn stating your name, student number and attaching your campus card (or ID card), IT will reset your password and reply to you by email.
