SBC Management Council Meeting
President DING pointed out that since the last Management Council Meeting held on 8th December last year, SBC has made smooth progress in all aspects and made remarkable achievements. The College has reformed the policies for free entry students this year in response to the intensifying competition for college enrolment among high schools. It turns out that the structure of freshers has been continuously optimized and their quality has improved then before, which fully reflects the recognition of students and their parents for international education and talent development provided by SBC. In the past six months, the College actively carried out external cooperation and exchanges in cooperative education, high-level projects, quality accreditations, school visits for educators, student exchanges, and international summer school and more with its partner universities. These measures have enhanced the mutual trust between both sides and laid the foundation for further cooperation.
President DING said that all the achievements SBC has made are impossible without the great support from its UK partner universities and hoped that both sides will further build on their strengths and put forward suggestions for the next development of SBC as well as the cooperation expansion of partner universities and USST at all levels.
President DING Xiaodong delivered a speech
