Dual Degree Programme
Since September 2020, SBC and USST have offered students a fantastic and unique opportunity to earn both a British bachelor degree and a Chinese degree. If international students have a strong desire to learn Chinese they can be dual enrolled. After four years of study at SBC, students can earn a British bachelor degree certificate from either the University of Bradford or Liverpool John Moores University and a Chinese bachelor degree from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST).
SBC and USST will provide Chinese lessons and language learning equipment to all students enrolled on the Dual Bachelor Degrees Programme. If the students are unable to achieve a Chinese language level of HSK 4 they will not be eligible to graduate from USST but can still graduate a British bachelor degree.

Single Bachelor Degree Programme
To understand the Single Bachelor Degree Programme of SBC, there are two things we need to clarify first.
What does PATHWAY mean at SBC?

Tips:
The difference between 4+0 and 3+0 is the entry year of applicant entering into SBC, if she/he enters into SBC year 1 then the pathway is 4+0 but if it’s SBC year 2 then the pathway is 3+0. This rule also applies to pathway of 2+2(1+2).
What kind of courses will you learn in the first 1 or 2 years at SBC?

SBC’s International Foundation Year is organized and accredited by the educational charity NCUK. When you complete NCUK’s International Foundation Certificate in Business or Engineering you will have achieved a strong grounding in British University education with a qualification that is accepted across the world. You will also be automatically enrolled into one of SBC’s Single Bachelor Degree Programmes. | |

For international applicants of 4+0 (3+0) pathway, there are four majors are available to choose from.

For international applicants of 2+2 (1+2) pathway there are more than 40 majors you can apply for within 8 of SBC’s UK partner universities.
