Finance & Planning Department

Finance & Planning Department is responsible for the effective financial management of SBC, make and implement financial plans and budgets for all aspects of the colleges operations.

Main responsibilities of the department: Student fees collection and refund; Staff reimbursement and payment to vendors;Transactions between SBC and UK partners; Make and control SBC budget.
