IT Department

The IT team provides technical support on information services, infrastructure, and IT projects to staff and students at SBC. Consistent with IT strategies, the IT team oversees and evaluates network and data security to ensure the successful running of IT systems on campus. It also contributes in the overall development of the information system to ensure quality and define the IT services packages and SLA to SBC staffs and students. The IT team is also responsible for making sure the IT resources are under optimal control, providing professional support to all academic and administrative departments.

The SBC IT team covers the following areas of responsibility: Infrastructure; Business Application; Program Management;  Smart Card Services; Operation; IT Security Auditing; IT Equipment Management; IT Support for Student.
