On the afternoon of 8 September, 2023 SBC Opening Ceremony successfully held at USST hall. Cai Yonglian, Vice President of USST and Dean of SBC, presented the first lesson of college life to over 500 SBC freshers, titled Start from USST, towards a Bigger World. Rupert Ward, Executive Dean of SBC, Li Yan, Party Secretary of SBC, Cai Hui, Deputy Party Secretary and Associate Dean of SBC and tutors attended this lesson.
