On March 2nd, Deans' Association of Chinese-foreign cooperation Meeting was held in Haikou. YAN Bingchen, Deputy Director of Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges, Ministry of Education; MAO Dongmin, Director of the Department of Foreign Education and Supervision; WANG Jingyao, Deputy Director General, and other relevant people attended the meeting. The meeting was held by Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges, Chinese-foreign cooperation Meeting and Hainan University.
As the two-term chairman of the Deans' Association of Chinese-foreign cooperation Meeting and host organization, SBC was invited with SHAN Yanguang, Vice-Dean of SBC as the representative. He Introduced SBC’s free-entry recruitment item, graduates’ career, challenges of overseas business, etc.
SHAN mentioned, SBC built Career Service and Development for encouraging and helping students’ career, which establishes a new student-cultivation mode with career guide and career market. For free-entry graduates who work directly, there will be career development training, lectures, industry forum, etc. Meanwhile, SBC builds partnership relations with many employers to obtain internship or work information.
In the meeting, the attendants had discussion about Sino-foreign cooperative education. Also, representatives of Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions participated in the seminar on quality assurance of international education, the seminar about education policy, etc.
The success of this meeting further promotes the construction of Hainan International Education Innovation Island and the high-quality development of Sino-foreign cooperative education, which plays a leadership role.
