On 20th January, 2020 Meeting of Democratic Life held. CAI Yonglian, Vice President of USST; XIE Xihao, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party Offices; WU Jun, Deputy Director of the Commission for Discipline Inspection Office and SBC’s college executives attended the meeting.
LI Yan, Secretary of General Party Branch of SBC illustrated the main issues of our college executives according to the spirit of President XI Jinping, and relevant regulations with corresponding solutions. Then LIU Qin, Vice-Dean of SBC and XU Lin, Associate Dean of Administration of SBC gave their speech separately.
XIE Xihao said, the Meeting of Democratic Life represents the reality. Under the background of disease prevention, the situation of international education would be further complex. He hopes that SBC’s college executives can cope with the problems which students concerned, and make more contributions for our university. Then, WU Jun mentioned that we must promote the construction of the party organisation, enhance the supervision of ‘power’.
CAI Yonglian made summarize that she highly recognized the achievement of SBC, and mentioned three suggestions. Firstly, we must reconsider the relationship between party construction and business, China and foreign countries, development and feedback. Secondly, clarifying the direction of our efforts; and last but not least, making scientific working methods with strategic overall perspective for the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan.
