On 20th January, CAI Yonglian, Vice President of USST, Dean of SBC gave a speech about SBC’s development under the background of ‘14th Five-Year Plan’. Relevant staff of SBC attended the meeting.
Start from three problems ‘What position, what location and what solution’, CAI Yonglian mentioned that we are facing a world changing like never before in a century, which is basic point of departure for our planning. Then, she talked about “Development foundation and environment, overall strategy, main construction content, organization and implementation”. With this background, we are going to use better solutions to the new situation and new challenge, and focus on education revolution.
