On 4th December, the final of the second Lecturer Qualification Competition on the theme of “New Age, newer China” was held in the school auditorium. 21 teams from 14 schools or colleges competed for 8 sets of lecturer seats. The competition team composed of three students, LI Ruizhe, HE Xi, DONG Yuyan and the instructor WANG Ting gave a speech on the theme of China Theory of Exhibition Economy in the Future and finally won the second prize for SBC.
This lecture was based on the background of the era, serving historical timeline as the main line, the learning in Western traditional events and development in the Events System with Chinese characteristics as the subordinate line. It viewed the important position of current Event industry in the global national economy from the perspective of international education, aimed to reserve more professional talents for both country and society and make contribution to the trade internationalization of Event Industry in China in the future! SBC group focused on the events economy and demonstrated how events economy with Chinese characteristics would be developed in the future development of national economy.
As for this speech contest, Teacher WANG Ting thinks that not only does this activity be an activity fully demonstrating the students spirit, promoting cohesion between teachers and students, but also be a great measure to innovate the ideological and political reform path of curriculum. “In this process, students have realized the professional mission, professional spirit and professional power of the new era. We should enhance the professional faith, foster a good style of study, strengthen responsibility, promote collaborative education, and build a community of shared future for both teachers and students.” The impressive speech gave the participants a brand-new understanding of the Events Industry. Additionally, the cooperative practice and fraternity atmosphere during the preparation also brought them more encouragement.
