On 15th October, FANG Xuejun, Secretary of College of Mechanical Engineering and Automation; LI Mingying, Vice-Dean of College of Mechanical Engineering and Automation; YU Yan, Vice-Dean of Global Education School; GUO Jia and HE Xin from International Language Centre visited. LI Yan, Party Secretary of SBC; LIU Qin, Vice-Dean of SBC; XU Lin, Associate Dean of Administration of SBC; Elline Tang, Head of Registry; Joyce Zhang, Head of Student Management; and Eric JIN, Head of Career Service & Development of SBC, Deputy Student Management of SBC were also in the meeting.
LIU Qin warmly welcomed the visitors and introduced SBC’s history, education, student development, and graduates’ achievement, etc. Then, XU Lin shared development experiences in recent years. She highlighted SBC’s focus on education quality and creativity to promote student development.
FANG Xuejun gave high recognition to SBC’s achievements, and showed their desire to learn from our experiences. Then she introduced the international education project of Dalian Polytechnic University, with a discussion on academic and student management.
LI Yan suggested that it is necessary to study and communicate while constantly optimizing the educational model to strengthen the teaching atmosphere on campus.
After the meeting, the visitors had a campus tour with guidance of SBC staff.
