On 20th October, LAO Xiaoyun, Deputy Secretary of Shanghai Business School; FU Quansheng, Associate Professor of Hotel-management College; and ZHONG Hua from the Teaching Academy visited SBC. LI Yan, Party Secretary of SBC; XU Lin, Associate Dean of Administration of SBC and relevant staffs attended the meeting.
The meeting was held in the administration building. XU Lin warmly welcomed the visitors and introduced SBC, including characteristic of British education and quality assurance, innovation and entrepreneurship, students’ achievement, etc.
LAO Xiaoyun also introduced the cooperation project between Shanghai Business School and Swiss Hospitality Management School in Lausanne. They discussed academic management, student management, curriculum ideologies and political construction and the teaching model of Sino-foreign cooperative education. LAO Xiaoyun gave her recognition on SBC’s management approaches and achievement.
LI Yan expressed that there are many difficult is for Sino-foreign cooperative education, like bilingual communication, different management, etc. Frequent communication and cooperation to realise education improvements.
