Two successful entrepreneurs shared their entrepreneurship motivation; entrepreneurship stories; entrepreneurship of university students; employment situation during COVID-19; their views about ‘Should college students step out of their comfort zone when starting a business’ and entrepreneurship resource for university students, etc. The sharing meeting attracts more than 1,000 watching times.
‘As an education worker in SBC, I understand that students are very interested in what they shared’, XU Lin said. LI Yan also mentioned the companies of SBC alumni she have been visited, and it is absolutely that starting up business is very tough. Three students also expressed their opinion; JIN Xiaoxuan said that the experience of the innovation and entrepreneurship competition is unforgettable and incredibly hard, so that people who start entrepreneurship are really brave and knowledgeable. Then GU Kanru thanked to the support on business resource from SBC.
As the discussion went on, there were also several questions from students. XU Lin called HAN Tao and gave chance to students to ask questions; then HAN Tao gave their answer about competition-related marketing research, data collection, the qualification needed when find a job, and some study suggestions about artificial intelligence, etc.
The COVID-19 disease pushed revolution of industry-academy cooperation; currently SBC receives approval in the second industry-academy cooperation of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China in 2019. HAN Tao emphasized, students from SBC meet the need of society and many companies so that he hopes that there will be more cooperation between Harsom Front and SBC. The technological development of the company and changes in the industry also require the college to send more outstanding students and provide talent training and technological innovation services. Also, he brought surprise that numerous job opportunities from Harsom Front and TUNICORN Technology will be provided for 2020 graduates from SBC.
