On April 18th, Zhang Yingjiang, Vice President of Hubei University of Technology, with his colleagues, visited SBC.
A meeting was held by representatives with senior colleagues from SBC. Madam CAI Yonglian, Vice President (International) of USST, Dean of SBC, Ms LI Yan, Party Secretary of SBC, Deputy Director of Campus Management Committee, Fuxing Road Campus, Professor Linda LIU, Vice-Dean of SBC and XU Lin, Associate Dean of Administration of SBC, attended the meeting.
Madam CAI Yonglian extended a warm welcome to the officials on behalf of the College and gave a brief introduction of USST and its support for SBC in running colleges, including the management structure, academic staff, logistical support and investment fund. Professor Linda LIU introduced the basic information of SBC, innovative talent training and student achievements.
Zhang Yingjiang highly recognised the efforts made by SBC in offering an international environment to students, and briefed the history, basic conditions, international exchanges and cooperations of Hubei University of Technology.
Following the presentation, the delegation engaged in a wide discussion of the domestic and foreign student management, teaching curriculum setting, and how to improve the quality of teaching management and strengthen the capacity of developing students' innovation and entrepreneurship.
