On 17th January, SBC was delighted to host a delegation from the Centre of International Education, Shanghai Institute of Technology. Led by Madam CHEN Shuhui, Dean of the School of Continuing Education, Director of International Education Centre, Shanghai Institute of Technology. The delegation also included representatives from their student recruitment, human resources and registry teams.
The delegation met with senior colleagues from SBC and were extended a warm welcome by Professor LIU Qin, Vice Dean of SBC on behalf of the College.
Professor Liu Qin gave a presentation about SBC, including the model of teaching, student achievements and its intercultural education.
Following the introduction, the delegation engaged in wide-ranging discussions concerning opportunities in cooperation between the two institutions in future. Madam CHEN Shuhui highly recognized the success achieved by SBC in offering a truly international learning environment to students, and it is hoped that the two institutions can strengthen their links in the future to enhance both the level and quality of their international education.
After the meeting, Professor Liu Qin invited delegation to experience the SBC campus and view the facilities and SBC student societies in innovation and entrepreneurship.
