On 15th January, in order to further explore the talents cultivation methods and the strategy of course quality, and also improve the management level of Sino-Foreign cooperative education, more than 20 attendees joined the forum, Including LI Yan, Party Secretary of SBC, Deputy Director of Campus Management Committee, Fuxing Road Campus, and representatives both from the USST and SBC Academic Office were attended a seminar at the SBC Tearoom. The seminar was hosted by XU Lin, Associate Dean of Administration of SBC.
Secretary LI Yan gave a speech on behalf of the college. She briefly introduced the SBC in “1 to N” consortium model and characteristics of education and hoped that the academic affairs department of USST will better understand the achievements and developments in talents cultivation and running mode of SBC through this seminar.
XU Lin introduced the college in following aspects: the quality of teaching personnel, the cultural exchanges at home and abroad, and the competitiveness of students' employment. The representative of academic affairs department also made a summary for the work of educational administration at SBC.
Following the introduction, both sides had a deep discussion on undergraduate professional training program, innovation and entrepreneurship resources sharing and teaching quality evaluation system construction.
The representatives of USST hoped that both side of the academic staff will continue to strengthen the communication more and contribute to the high-level undergraduate education and talents cultivation for USST together.
