Equipment Borrowing Service

The IT Department provides various IT equipment for students to use in campus activities. The available equipment includes mobile projectors, portable screens, VGA cables, wireless microphones, and sound systems. 

The equipment borrowing service is available on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and the borrowing location is in the IT Office, room S102 on the 1st floor of the teaching building.


1. Service Guidelines

Equipment borrowing requests must be completed and submitted to the IT Department at least 3 working days in advance. The equipment borrowing request must be signed and confirmed by a counselor, who is responsible'

for supervising the use and return of the equipment. Borrowed equipment is for use within the SBC campus only and should not be taken off-campus. If you are unfamiliar with the equipment, please contact the IT Department

at least 2 working days in advance to schedule training. Borrowed equipment must be returned within the specified timeframe, as late returns can affect future borrowing. In case of any intentional damage to the equipment, 

compensation will be required. It is recommended that students set up and check the equipment's functionality at least 1 hour before the event starts. Equipment borrowing forms can be obtained from the IT Office or your 

counselor's office.


2. About the Use of Multimedia Equipment in Room T701 of the Teaching Building

The IT Department offers registration and consultation services for the use of existing multimedia equipment in Room T701 Lecture Hall, including desktop computers, projectors, and sound systems. Service hours are on weekdays 

from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and the service location is in the IT Office, room S102 on the 1st floor of the teaching building.

Before using Room T701 Lecture Hall, please make a reservation through the Academic and Administrative Affairs Office in Room S601 of the teaching building. The room is equipped with standard multimedia equipment, including 

sound systems, desktop computers, projectors, video cables, and projector screens. You can obtain accessories such as the projector remote control, batteries, and laser pointer from the Academic and Administrative Affairs Office. 

Borrowing equipment forms are available at the IT Service Center and should be completed and submitted at least 3 working days in advance. The IT Service Center offers on-site training for the use of Room T701 Lecture Hall. 

Please schedule this training at least 2 working days in advance. Borrowed equipment must be returned within the specified timeframe, and late returns may affect future borrowing. In case of any intentional damage to the equipment,

compensation will be required. It is recommended that students set up and check the equipment's functionality at least 1 hour before the event starts. After the event, please ensure that all equipment is turned off, and the Room T701 

Lecture Hall is left in its original state. Each handheld wireless microphone is equipped with 2 AA batteries upon borrowing. If you require them for extended activities, please provide your own AA batteries. Events must adhere to the 

standard configuration of the multimedia facilities, and any alterations to the hardware or software are not permitted.
