On the 20th May, the USST “High-quality Student Base” Signing Ceremony was held in Xi’an Middle School of Shaanxi Province. Xu Lin, Deputy Secretary of General Party Branch, Associate Dean of Administration of SBC and Xue Dangpeng, Vice President of Xi’an Middle School of Shaanxi Province attended the ceremony. Lyu Duo, Director of the Academic Affairs Office of Xi’an Middle School of Shaanxi Province and Directors of Domestic Student Recruitment and PR and Marketing of SBC also attended the ceremony.
Xue Dangpeng warmly welcomed visitors from SBC, briefly introduced the school history, cultivation objectives, education characteristics and outstanding achievements in recent years, and expressed his good wishes and expectations for the co-establishment of the High-quality Student Base. He mentioned that Xi’an Middle School of Shaanxi Province will take this signing as an opportunity to further strengthen the cooperation and exchanges with USST, jointly explore collaborative education mechanism, and cultivate more high-quality talents with both ability and morality.
Xu Lin fully expressed her gratitude to Xi’an Middle School of Shaanxi Province for sending so many outstanding students to USST and introduced the school history of development, programme advantages, talent education strategies of USST and the college history, Chinese-foreign cooperative education, course characteristics, enrolment and employment, innovation education platform and student development of SBC. She said that USST has a close relationship with Xi’an Middle School of Shaanxi Province. Many outstanding students went to USST and have made great achievements in various fields. She hoped that both schools will take this signing as an opportunity to conduct more in-depth cooperation in student professional development, consultation and guidance for registration, education reform and talent education, and promote the education and teaching of both sides to a higher level.
After the ceremony, Xu Lin had a campus tour with staff from Xi’an Middle School of Shaanxi Province.
