On the 25th May, the USST “High-quality Student Base” Signing Ceremony was held in Zhengzhou No. 11 High School. Xu Lin, Deputy Secretary of General Party Branch, Associate Dean of Administration of SBC and Guo Qinxue, President of Zhengzhou No. 11 High School attended the ceremony. Yi Songwei, Vice President, Yang Zengxun, Director of the Academic Affairs Office, Jiang Chunchun, Director of teaching and research of Zhengzhou No. 11 High School and Directors of Domestic Student Recruitment and PR and Marketing of SBC also attended the ceremony.
Guo Qinxue warmly welcomed visitors from SBC, and briefly introduced the teaching characteristics, honors and enrolment quotas of Zhengzhou No. 11 High School. He mentioned, this school has delivered more than 10,000outstanding graduates to universities and the enrolment quotas of college entrance examination has been among the top in Zhengzhou since its establishment. He hoped the establishment of “High-quality Student Base” in Zhengzhou No. 11 High School will build a bridge for mutual communication and help the two schools cooperate sincerely and advance together, and promote the integration of high school education and higher education.
Xu Lin fully expressed her gratitude and introduced in detail the school history, programme advantages, international exchange and talent education of USST as well as the college history, Chinese-foreign cooperative education, course characteristics, recruitment and employment, creativity cultivation, student development of SBC. She mentioned that the cooperation with Zhengzhou No. 11 High School has far-reaching implications because higher education requires sufficient high-quality students as support and guarantee and talent education needs full collaboration between local high schools and universities with the deepening of the college entrance examination reform.
After the ceremony, Xu Lin had a campus tour with staff from Zhengzhou No. 11 High School.
