On 11th, the Tenth Shanghai University Mental Health Education Curriculum Competition “Micro Class” was held in East China University of Political Science and Law. Elva Chen, Student Tutor of SBC won the second prize, and the Outstanding Organization Award was awarded to USST.
Curriculum teaching is an important part of college students' mental health education. Elva Chen took How to Talk well as the teaching content and showed the common problems of violent communication in university students' communication in the form of 15-minute micro class. Her excellent teaching plan design, smooth teaching expression, robust and lively teaching attitude, rich interaction with students impressed the judges and the audience.
The competition reflected the achievements of mental health education curriculum and laid a solid foundation for promoting the professionalisation and specialisation of student tutors. Based on this, we will integrate excellent mental health education online courses, continue to build the mental health mobile education system, and provide students with rich and high-level mental health education resources.
