On 20 March, a senior delegation from the Shanghai College of International Education (SCIE) visited SBC. Liangyu, Vice-Dean of SCIE, was accompanied by Zhang Yudi from Registry Department of SCIE. Xu lin, Associate Dean of Administration and Elline Tang, Head of Registry, and the representatives from registry department attended this conference.
Associate Dean of Administration Xu lin extended a warm welcome to the officials on behalf of the College. Then, Elline Tang gave a brief introduction on the credits requirements of education schemes, students' class distribution and the cultivation students' humanities.
Vice-Dean Liangyu agreed that SCIE and SBC would explore the potential for further collaboration on optional courses to enhance humanistic qualities of Students.
In the concluding remarks, Xu Lin expressed that communication with educational institutions is greatly encouraged by SBC. It is hoped that collaboration between the two institutions can be enhanced in the future to promote the development of international education together.
