Students taking 2+2 courses at SBC have achieved excellent results in university placement this year.
All of the 262 students on 2+2 programmes have received unconditional offers from one of the SBC partner universities in the UK. The University of Leeds has accepted 65 students and the University of Sheffield has accepted 24 students. This means that more than one third of the 2+2 students have successfully gained a placement at one of the top 100 universities in the world. In addition, we are very proud of the 11 students who have been offered a scholarship by the Leeds University Business School due to outstanding academic performance.
The most popular choice of course for 2+2 Business students is Accounting and Finance, while Engineering students have chosen Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering.
3+1 students have also performed extremely well this year. After 3 years of study at SBC, all 99 students have successfully progressed to the final year in degree-awarding universities in the UK where they will complete their undergraduate studies.
