​The Dean of Huddersfield Business School, Prof Jill Johnes, paid her first visit to SBC on 5th December.

The Sino-British College is a college of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and is a unique collaboration with 9 of the founding universities of the Northern Consortium (now NCUK) and was established in 2006.

A delegation from SBC was invited to attend the NCUK Annual Conference and Global Partner Awards Ceremony, from 17th to 20th November 2019.

The 2019 NCUK Counselling Fair was held at SBC on 27th and 28th November.

Fifteen final year undergraduate students of Industrial Electronic and Control Engineering visited the Lenze Group plant in Lingang on Nov.29, 2019.

The second China International Import Expo was successfully held from 5th to 10th November, 2019.

On 5th November 2019, SBC was privileged to receive a visit from the Ministry of Education led by Liu Jin, the Director-General of International Cooperation and Exchanges and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan affairs.

Business academics from SBC partner Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) visited on 31st October.

During the afternoon of November 8th, Gary Millar, a Deputy Mayor of Liverpool, visited SBC.

On 26th October, 2019, the Inaugural Meeting of Sino-British College Alumni Association (SBCAA) & the Ceremony of ‘No. 1195’ Alumni Family was successfully convened in Fuxing Road Campus.

This was the second time that Mark Power had visited Shanghai after April of 2019.

The USST Staff Chorus “ Singing the Chinese Dream, Being an Outstanding USSTer ” was ceremoniously held in the auditorium of Jungong Road Campus on September 27th.

On the evening of 23rd September, SBC held a boisterous international freshmen welcome party in Tea Room.

The 6th Exhibition of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program was held in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology on September 21st.
